对于已经签订授权代表（ar）及生产者责任组织（pro），但未获得13位官方注册号（gln）的商家，请向平台提交有效的生产者责任组织注册证明（licensing certificate），证明您已经指定对应品类的奥地利当地授权代表和生产者责任组织。在您获得gln号码之后，请向平台上传您的gln号码以供校验。
奥地利生产者责任组织（producer responsibility organization，简称pro），是确保生产者对其产品在生命周期结束后的回收和处理负责任的机构。商家可以要求您签订的奥地利pro出具注册证明（licensing certificate），以证明您已经符合奥地利epr合规要求。相关的注册证明至少包含：
1. 商家主体信息，包括名称和地址；
2. 和pro的签约时间及期限；
* 注册证明有效期限一般于日历年底结束，并需要每年进行更新。
3. 签订的商品类型，例如包装及一次性塑料（packaging/single use plastics）、电池（batteries）、电子电器（eee）；
4. 对应品类的pro号码 (licensing number)；
* 该号码为pro提供，非官方注册号
5. 授权代表信息，包括授权时间、授权期限、授权的商品类型信息（waste stream）；
6. pro的签名或盖章。

对于已经获得gln号码的商家，建议您同时提交gln号码以及licensing certificate，以避免官方数据库延迟而无法通过平台验证的情况。
请商家于2024年8月31日前，前往「合规中心-生产者延伸责任资质」提交相关资质及证明文件。对于不符合奥地利epr合规要求商品，平台保留对其屏蔽奥地利市场的权利。为了不影响您的商品销售，请商家尽快上传相关证明文件，平台可能根据实际情况调整截止日期。
